On regards to my heart it`s a paradox. I increased the ammount of workouts, exhausted after each training day and everything is perfect now. Of course I pay much attention to my diet and the ammount of proteins, fat and carbohydrates a human body can consume an hour. Well if you think before doing something only then results come:):)

Thanks a lot, however 60% success is not a cuccess after all:) 100% success for me could be results of my system with other people:):)At least I have some progress with others:)

Thanks a lot for commenting but still lots of work must be done. My aim is to create a system of building a body only in a natural way. Unfortunatelly I have only 60% of success.

Hi beauty! I am fine, thank you. You look great as usually! Now I am focusing on a lean mass. Wanna add about 10 lbs and make more definition. I do not think my abs definition is ok. I know for sure how to train them, how to make them shredded but sometimes I am not strong enough concerning my diet:) However in few day I`ll try to make new photos. Hope you`ll like tem.
And what about your preparations? When are you going to compete?

Hi! - travelling to UK is a great idea! Regarding my routine? Hnn I`ve added 5-6 lb and became a little stronger. Just thinking how to gain lean mass without any fat. And now I am focused on legs and delts developement. And the last thing I need - is to finish my picture - my hobby is painintg:)

The same thing. Always something is behind:) As you I am focused on legs now and on back. However now delts must be improved. If tomorrow the gym is ampty I will do new photos. I gained about 6 lbs of lean mass in one month, hope till September I could improve my legs:)
