How I Started:
I believe every man wants to look sporty and healthy. I have never been sporty when I was young . I was just an ordinary youth like others and I`ve never thought bodubuilding and fitness could be a part of my life. At the age of 15 I started to do some sports. For example I went to the stadium 3 /4 times a week to make some physical exercises. And I even tried to do workouts with dumbbells at home. I wanted to look like Frank Zane or Serge Noubret. In our country military service is a must if you do not enter any university or institution of higher education. I entered National Technical University, faculty of linguistics, specialization - technical translator from English/French to Russian/Ukrainian. But the point is - before entering I had to be medically tested in our military Hospital for youths. There I found out that I had an arrhythmia and no bodybuilding was allowed. And really at that time I had some accidents when it was really hard to breath and I had pains in my heart. I did not pay much attention to that and I` ve never told to my parents about that. Till 2006 year I did sports from time to time and not regularry. I had problems with arrhythmia, sometimes it was really annoying and painfull. I do not know what made me to take all things seriously. Yes I lowed watching Mr.Olympia, Arnold Classic and other events but to take bodubuilding seriously - no!:) However those guys from bodubuilding events inspired me. Thus I decided to try myself but only in a natural way. Supplements - yes! Roids - not for me! Now I have some experience in bodubuilding in spite I have never taken part in competitions. I have to say now I have no problems with my heart. I am totally ok and can do really hard workouts and I do them every day. No pains or arrhythmia bother me. With my experience I want to enspire others to change their life and to pay more attention to fitness and bodybuilding.

HI matey, sorry it took forever to reply back to you been busy. Im doing well thanks, just soaking in some of the spring weather and jogging outdoors as often as i can now that the weather in canada has warmed up. Working in the travel industry has picked up for travelers for summer and fall season. Very happy personally aswell. HOw are you doing overall, Still keeping fit?
