How I Started:
tired of being thin. i am 30 yrs old and was 132lbs. ive managed to bring myself up to 139lbs in 3 wks by massive eating ,counting calories,and GNC mass XXX, and lifting every other day.
Why I Love It:
i love to see the results. at my size you can almost see growth daily.
How I Stay Motivated:
its hard,but i just force myself to do it. once i start, im loving it.
BB Accomplishments:
7lbs in my first 3 wks. and all i had to do was eat twice as much!
