I was tired of people pick on me.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It's a hobby and you stay out of trouble when your doing something active.

New Week

Today is monday. a fresh start to this week later tonight. I am very stoked for later Bryton and I might work on shoulders, forearms, tricep, and lower legs tonight followed by some Ab workouts to cool things down.

well I started with one. now I have 4 freinds working out with me and it's growing ugh I spend more time training them and helping them get into shape then working out myself, it gets frustrating. the good thing is now I just lay my workout log on a bench and go off with a partner and workout lol. so far so good. fingers crossed haha I'm headed to the gym tonight little brothers coming too well he's not too little anymore we are the same size now a days whats with that.
