I was 14 when my dad introduced me to wieght training. At first I did not like working out but as I started to workout more and saw results I began to really take a liking to it and I became a regular in the gym.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because nothing gives me that intensifying rush and excitement like working out does. I love going to the gym and seeing everyone around me pumping iron. The atmosphere is just fantastic.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated through telling myself that one month from now I will look that much different than I did before. Being in the gym with other people and watching them workout and try to improve thier lives keeps me motivated as well.
BB Accomplishments:
200 pound bench press! Big Milestone. I remember when I first started out and was dreaming about having a 200 pound bench press. Yes!!!

This was taken in early november of 07. I weighed about 145 pounds.
156 pounds about a 11 pounds gain. 6 percent bodyfat.
I would like my weight to be at 160 before the end of April and would like my total weight by summer time to be 170! Hopefully I can reach these goal weights. I have been starting to eat a lot more food and am about to order a weight gainer to help me put on the extra pounds. Now it is time to kick my butt back into gear and get back in the gym. I want to put one inch on my chest, arms, and calves.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I would most like to have a body like LL cool J. He has muscular shoulders,arms and chest and the ladies really like him for it too. What is your favorite abdominal building exercise?
It has been a long grueling four months but I have managed to put on about 10 pounds of solid clean muscle. Bodyfat even dropped to 6 percent. Check out my new pictures. The main reason it took a long time is because I did not have a good camera but now that i have a digital camera and a usb cord...
My workout's consist of military style exercises. Usually I do pushups 4 sets of 20 with situps 4 sets 20. I may do these exercises in supersets and then after I rest for about 2 minutes. I will do plyometrics which helps with speed and power and then 3 sets of 5 pullups. I also will jumprope...

Yes solid workouts - often training to failure and forced reps.

too sexy.... is there a such thing as that, lol.... just teasing ;-) training has been put on hold for me because i have been sick. think i may have had a bit of a cold and i been having trouble with my asthma. i am hoping i start breathing better soon so i can train.
