How I Started:
After my father's death, I wanted to do something that made me feel better and kept my mind off of things. I partially started lifting but then stopped. I started back in December of 2007 because I obtained a membership at a gym here in town and now that I work at the same gym, it has become a hobby and lifestyle...
Why I Love It:
Why do I love working out? "Cause it makes me feel good!"- Adam Sandler(The Waterboy) haha. Seriously, i love for the people you meet and the feelings you get once you leave. It's NIRVANA!
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to keep positive people around me but that does not always work. You just have to have will and determination and something or someone to look up/forward to!
BB Accomplishments:
Just living another day and watching my body progress.

To be recognized when I step foot in the gym...
Goal (Long):
I started actually gaining a little muscle when I tried out for football. That was my base point. After many things happening one after the other, including relationship problems and the death of my father...the gym was my mecca. After about 3 months of jacking around in the weights without a workout plan or diet. A friend who worked at the gym offered me a job, so what the hell right? haha. After working out together for a month with him, my knowledge of bodybuilding expanded greatly and I now see the bigger picture. So thanks Dan! My goal is to obtain the look you see in magazines..you know, the ones girls fawn over? Lol but seriously..... i want to get RIPPED! To help/inspire other's and reach all of my goals..inside and outside of the gym!
