The first pic was taken on 3/26/09. All measurements taken relaxed, no pump or flexing. Original measurements:Arms rt. 14.5 in. left 14.375 in. Chest 43 in. Waist 30.5 in. Neck 16.125 in. Forearms 11.75 in. each. Calves rt. 14.25 in. left 14.75 in. Quads rt. 21.75 in. left 22.25 in. BF 8%. New Measurements:Arms rt. 14.75 in. left 14.5 in. Chest 44.25 in. Waist 30 in. Neck 16.25 in. Forearms 12 in. each. Calves rt. 14.75 in. left 15 in. Quads rt. 22 in. left 22.5 in. BF is 7.5%
