Sticking to basic movements, i.e. benches, rows, deadlifts, presses, not alot of the detail exercises. Just throwing down more protein than I used to too without or with the same amount of carbs. Keep up the good work bro.

nah i just try to get pass this season and try not to get sick there is something fall season and i dont mix but i can handle winter which is weird well im tryin to get better and get back to trainin agains i miss hittin those weight how you been man?
