Good to hear man. I am doing pretty good. I'm taking like a year or two off to try to add as much size as possible before I compete again. Wanna have a legit chance at the overall next time.

Sick, sick! I've never gone that have on the inclines! I have to try that! 10-12 is usually what I do on the bar. Sometimes 8 or less. Anymore tips?
