When I Started:
Jun, 2008
How I Started:
I started working out to get better for football, but after diagnosed with a tumor in cmy back i could no longer play, so now i work out to try to lose the stubborn fat i gained from playing offensive line so i can live a cleaner healthier life and be satisfied with my body
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the feeling you get after the work out, after you're done working out you feel like your on top of the world and theres no other feeling like it, lol you feel like you can military press the moon =D
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to gain motivation from different types of places, being inner motivation, motivation from friends and family and motivation from things i observe, for instance movies, books commercials, etc.
BB Accomplishments:
i've seen a few results in my body, flatter chest more defined and bigger arms, smaller glutes, but i know that i still have a long way to go for the goals that i wish to accomplish
Hopefully if i make a huge change in my lifestyle it will inspire others to do so as well. "Start today, tomorrow never comes"
Goal (Long):
Up until this point, fitness and health have been something that i have been very confused about. As i have had to quit football and their beliefs that are potentially life threatening to me, i realize now that i want to have abs of steel and be nothing less that perfect muscular features with chest and massive, defined arms. The primary obstacle standing in my way is the difficulty of fat loss while maintaining muscle, but hopefully this goal can see major progress by summer 2009 so the shirt can come off!
