I want to put on another 10-15 pounds before Christmas. I have gained 10 pounds in about a month. Which I know is a bit more than you should want in a clean bulk, but I have seen tremendous results. Just got to keep up the cardio!

Djkosir Just got done shredding the legs. Weight is at 185lbs right now. Which is 20lbs heavier than 9 months ago... defiantly a good thing!!

BrandonTBlock i was originally planned to do the 100's a day since i started telling my clients to try it.. (10 a hour) but the first night i didn't start until late so i only got to 50 of each, than the next day i did 50 of each, so overall, i haven't gotten into the consistancy of it yet- i'm trying though. and the abs. do what works for you, i've learned that everyone has a different ab workout that works for them best... JayAltair not much bro i like to keep it simple for arms...i dont need nothing fancy...barbell curls, preacher curls, and good old fashioned skull crushers maybe a tricep rope every now and again. thats all i do. my rep scheme is 15x2 for warm-up then 12,10,8,6,4 then a set with my warm-up weight to failure. i pyramid up with the weight. so i hope this helps you. just keep pushing boss!!!!
