It was December 2007. I was 245lbs and I didn't see an end of my weight going down. Finally started to walk all over town and really put my brain to work. Reading and doing research how the body reacts to food and exercise.
Cut the junk food out and replaced it with food that tasted amazing but gave me better results in the end.
I wanted to also see how far I can bring my body, and thought it was time to change.
Why I Love It:
The results. ;) I'm a simple type of guy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing old photos of me and wondering how I could ever let myself get that bad.
Looking in the mirror and seeing myself transform, add muscle and lose fat.
Having people give you a new form of respect (low, but it is nice) and understanding.
BB Accomplishments:
The major accomplishments have not only been the weight lose, but the knowledge and understanding how food, the body and even the mind work to form synergy. From being 245lbs at my largest to transforming myself in to things I've only thought was possible in magazines.
Forum Signature:
Every accomplishment once started as an impossible dream.
It's only impossible until you've tried it.
You will never win if you never begin.
Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.
Supplements are like a$$holes, everyone has them, and their own never stinks.

Djinchanged Overall Goal: "To educate the people in the field of bodybuilding, gaming... and smex. :p."
To educate the people in the field of bodybuilding, gaming... and smex. :p
Goal (Long):
My ultimate goal would be to finally become a personal trainer and help transform as many people as I can into what they've dreamed.
Before this, I went from 245lbs to 175lbs in less then a year, then bulking up to 190lbs until spring.
My goal is to lose the last of this weight. Simple. :)
the cuts are looking great, it's nice to see someone actually paying attention to their tris as well, too many guys focused on the chest and bis only, symmetry ftw
keep it up
Well, pretty decent man. I see you've got some guns going! Haha. Well. I've started keto, and had some nice results with that ( 7 weeks ago ) So far though, still cutting, things are still moving along quite nicely. I have maybe 2 and a half more months left in my cut and then I'll begin bulking, which is something I'm looking forward to. How about you?
