Overall Goal: Would really like to get back down to around 200lbs, and be able to do 10 pullups/chinups. I cannot do those things.

How I Started:
I got started into working out back in the 80's right before my freshman year in highschool, due to the football coach wanting us to start lifting. Also was on the swim team during highschool, so we had to work out of course for that to. After HS I joined the Army and had to be in shape there to, but it fell apart and I got a bit lazy after I got out of the Army and divoriced my first wife, after 8 years of marraige and 10 years with the military.
Why I Love It:
The good feeling after you get from working out. AND THE PUMP!!!

Goal (Long):
Well first off I have a gorgeous wife who is in great shape, I want to be like that for her also. I would also like to be a cool looking dad for my 4 kids, one they can say is in shape, not a frumpy dad. Now for the chinups/pullups, I would just like to be able to do 10 in a row, not to much to ask.
Ok haven't wrote in awhile but I'm just posting a quick on now. Well I bought a bodyfat caliper and decided to use this for accuracy instead of the scale I have. Actually the athlete setting is closer than the normal setting I've been using, so I could still use that setting for a rough...
The progress pics do show progress ... don't give up! It also takes a lot more to register progress to begin with than when you only have 10 more lbs to go to make 14% BF. Going from 210 to 200 will be more noticeable.
With 4 kids, "life aerobics" (called chasing the kids) should not be an issue for you. :) I don't know what your diet looks like, but that looks like one thing you need to tackle first. Not much time for working out on the long work days. Never fear, though, it CAN be done!
