oh i see yeah Protein has a vanila ice cream flavor in it by it self... so yeah i like the taste of it... Im through week 1 seems like a nice program

Just taking protein shakes after work outs, trying to eat small meals at least 5-6 times a day..stuff like that how about u?

great goal plan, just now got to work hard to get there but i bet you will, try to do at least 500 crunches for your abs a day 5 sets 100 crunches per set total 500. You will see results in 2 weeks if you will do that! try it out it works
