Overall Goal: Update my progres pictures with good pics cuz i haven't since APRIL! I had a case of summeritis and no gym....get back on track!!!!

When I Started:
How I Started:
My Junior year in high school I felt chunky so i started running and eating better, but i took it way too far and lost a lot of muscle and wasn't eating enough.I've always been a gymnast and a cheerleader so workouts have been second nature to me. (I MISS gymnasitcs SO much...nothings compares) Once i realized i wasn't doing my body good i added lifting to my cardio routine and ate more, And have had many body/diet issues since,I didn't really know what to do with myself then.I struggled A lot but in the past two years I've realized what I Have to do get the body that looks like it hits the gym all week...and the body i deserve.
Why I Love It:
I feel 100% better when I work out, it solves just about everything... Im a blob without it. It relieves stress and i feel like a more positive person every time.....
How I Stay Motivated:
Just knowing how much better i feel during and after a workout and how good it is for my physical and mental health.....doesnt get better than that, and because i'm majoring in dietetics and exercise science its significant to my future and i just have a general passion for athletes and taking care of the body you only get once.....I want to look good naked for the rest of my life

Goal (Long):
I am extremely short so i look heavier than i am. I work out alot and eat much healthier than people my age and i dont feel it shows.Being short makes it hard but i dont want it to be an excuse! I want to be able to feel good in a bathing suit...and clothes in general. I am completely for living healthy and exercise, i rant and rave about it all the time, i'm majoring in dietetics and minoring in exercise science.
I want to look like i could kick some ass...even though i already know i can ;)
Went out today and spent some money i dont have on a protein powder from max muscle.....its the same stuff i got last spring that helped me lose five pounds....i didnt want ot have to pay for something and rely on a product, but i do really need something to take after my workouts.....i workout...

Being short sucks when it comes to weight
I'm only 5 ft and the last 20 lbs of fat are seriously in my stomach! it sucks

aww thank you...well I got my job just by pure luck. I was dancing one night there and the owners said I was a reallly good dancer and now 2 years later I am where I am :)
Hang in there and good luck with your goals. Diet is the hardest part(as you already know). It also won't get any easier the next two months. Don't cut yourself off of all the good stuff just eat smaller portions. Do the best you can and don't beat yourself up.
