How I Started:
Me and a fried started when we were 14 years old in a gym with the program designed for kids under 16 and that just involved to more traning, now im 16 almost 17 and i never felt better
Why I Love It:
It's make me feel so good when im done and just love the feeling that what im doing is healthy to me. And seeing the results of my work out is just great
How I Stay Motivated:
Im in that situration that i go to school with a lot of chubby people and that makes me think that i never wanna end like them.. and beside i wanna join the navy when im old enough so i need to bee in good shape
Now it's almost december and the christmas is closing in :D lovely!
im still drowning in homework so i havent really got the time to train as much as i would like to, i can only find time to train twice a week and that is in the very moring aound 6am (school starts at 8 am)
It's strange...
When you bulk, you need to eat like a champ, you will need to force eat a lot, that is what I have done and it's worked great..
