How I Started:
I started working out to lessen the stress in my life. I was about to turn 30 and just remembered all the years in my twenties & highschool days that I hated being the you got a pretty face one but if you could just lose weight. I use to workout everday always in the gym. I got down to a size 0 but it was still a skinny fat. I was doing way too much cardio and no muscle development.
Why I Love It:
It's mind over matter. I mind being FAT so it Matters if I stay in shape. When I workout, no matter how worn I am it's a challenge to me to keep my mind saying you can do it just one more..again and again & then I do keep going. I also love the transformation the body takes if you just push it. Of course the main reason, Hell I want to look damn good & healthy but DAMN GOOD. :)
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at the success of others on Bodyspace & there transformations. You guys do..so much positive feedback on this site. GOD is my Biggest Strength, through him ALL things are possible. Plus I don't want to be a fatty, with heart problems, diabetes and unhappy. It's depressing to be FAT no matter what they say.

Goal (Long):
I've been told that genetics is what makes up your body composition but I'm here to prove them wrong. I may not ever get a bubble butt but I know if I work that muscle hard enough it will no longer be flat or flabby. I'm basically tired of settling for other people opinions and I'm ready to make my dreams a reality. I want to be a toned, leaned and a result driven machine. Everyday I get up I'm determined to GET UP & only use one button on my life's remote control & that is to PUSH PLAY. My goal is to get in the best shape of my life & compete in my 1st fitness competition before I turn 33.

I want to LOSE 25 lb
