I've always wanted to train and compete since seeing a picture of Carla Dunlap and Rachel McLish way, way back in my early 20s. So my personal challenge now is to compete. Back in Oct. 2005, I took a good look in the mirror and didn't like what I saw. I was almost 200lbs and not good for my 5' 6.5" frame. Join Weight Watchers and dropped 20lbs got sent on an extend business trip working very long hours and dropped another 23lbs. Came home and joined the gym. By Oct. 2006 I was down to 150lbs.
Why I Love It:
Feel and look great...increased confidence in all areas of life
How I Stay Motivated:
My internal tape plays, "You are not a Quitter, You are NOT a QUITTER!!!
BB Accomplishments:
So far just dropping enough fat to see some definition...a little but I can see it.
