I'm still doing work! Just been real busy lately. Mom had major surgery last week so I'm finally getting back relaxed and my routine. I'm still in the gym. Started doing morning cardio. I do weights in the evening and had only chest day last week. This week has been better with the weights. Hit 135lbs on the bench for one rep yesterday. I'm on cloud nine after that!

Thanks for the compliment!! I appreciate that. Cardio seems to be the key to reduce that ab. That and ab workouts.

ROFL...You are crazy. The one to help women with emotional issues of obesity sounds like a great idea. Obese men and women both have to deal with how society sees them but women have a harder time. Fat men can be called "big guy or big man" and it's not an insult. Women don't have that. Have fun with your other website. LOL.

Congrats on getting in the gym three times already this week! Just keep working at it and making time for the gym and it will become such a regular part of your life. Going will be like taking a shower or bath. Just something you never miss.

Training is going good. Doing two a days in the gym three times a week since I started doing cardio Mon-Fri mornings. Still hitting the gym on Tues, Wed, Thus evening. Gotta burn down this body fat. My weekend was great in terms of fun but I binged so hard in terms of eating. Monday night I barely had energy for HIIT training. I was sluggish. Junk in. Junk out I realized LOL.

Things are going pretty good. Stepping up the cardio by doing it Mon-Friday morning and still hitting the gym Tue, Wed and Thursday nights. Getting in two a day three days a week! The flip side I have to get to bed earlier too.

The workouts are coming along well. I'm doing cardio Mon-Fri mornings and that's been a good change for me. This allows me to do weights two nights a week and on Saturday. This frees up my evenings a bit to do some punching bag work or HIIT cardio.

My training is going great. Doing morning cardio Mon-Fri and that makes a big difference in my day. Still doing weight training three days a week and a few times in the week adding in a punching bag workout. Just staying in motion.

Oh yea. Saturday I did chest but made it light since I have not done chest in two weeks. This week will mostly be me just getting back to doing weights. Since I took a least a week and in some cases two weeks off for some body parts. Next week will be me back to a normal routine with some new habits. Doing 2 a day some days now! Paris got me doing jogging in the morning. Now I'm hooked!

I had a great time in Paris! Ran the treadmill everyday and walked ALL over the city. Lots of cardio now I'm ready to get back to my gym and hit the weights.

That's a lot of carbs. Wow. I've never heard of anybody gaining that kind of weight in a day. Seems like it would throw your whole body off. But you're a big guy so maybe huge bodybuilders gain and loose weight at that level. I don't know LOL. Looking at your profile pic. You've got a very healthy skin tone. Looks nice!

Welcome back to the grind LOL. Just take a week to get a feel of your body's current level of fitness. Try 15 minutes of cardio and if you were once doing weights try lowering the weight from your normal amount and pump out a few reps to see how your body feels. Just spend a week or two reconnecting with your body in a fitness manner. Then set up a new program to get back to doing exercises!

Oh my fit status is about my trip to Paris in two days. When I land in Paris on Thursday I'll be converting my dollars to euros and was shocked to see when I convert currency I'll instantly loose money. At least in a casino when you loose money you had fun doing it LOL.
