How I Started:
Every since I was involved in Track & Field in college(UTEP)I always enjoyed lifting and improving my strength and physique. Working out is like a drug to me..VERY ADDICTING.
Why I Love It:
I Love Working out because it's an escape from the outside world and it gives me a chance to take whatever stress or frustrations I have out in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm a TWO-TIME Division 1 Discus Champion so I know what it takes to be successful. Dedication and Discipline are a big part of being succussful with anything in life. I Love this sport because there is always room for improvement.
I was busy doing a million things and I felt the need to get out of the house so I went for a random cardio/ab session. It went well I woriked up a good sweat and I feel much better now.
Mon-Chest,Tue-Back/Shoulders,Wed-Leg1,Th u-Yoga,Fri-Leg2,Sat-Arms. Right now all of my reps are in the 12-15 range. Right now I'm focusing on my muscular endurance.
