Background

When I Started: Feb 2012
HOW I STARTED:

I stared running last year and I have always wanted to have a muscular and fit body...I allowed several things to get in the way...I have lifted weights on and off since I was 16 years old, but I was never dedicated before as I am now!

WHY I LOVE IT:

It's my outlet to relieve stress and it's my ME time!
