I wieghed 155 pounds when i started and i could not pull myself up over a bar. that was pathetic to me. I never want to be that weak.
Why I Love It:
I love the way i feel during an insane workout and then they way i look and feel after. and shit people say its good for ya, so why not.
How I Stay Motivated:
i have come to far and put to much into it to stop now. Its my way to vent and its a goal i can always take one step higher and actually reach and see real results.
BB Accomplishments:
When i started i would sit in the gym for hours and just watch people. i always wanted to be the one people came to for lifting advice and looked at and said wow. Im just about there lol.

Hey hey in a previous blog i wrote how the whey protien was messin me up bad. well i talked to some personnel trainers and checked it out on the net. i guess the reason my muscles got all messed up was because i have never takin any supplements before and i was overloading the muscles...

Hey bud, thing been ****ty last two week, with the navy and all, been hard but going back hard at it, I will have that 6pack before summer trust me, back on strong workout and heavier cardio. I tossed aside the crazy diet, and will just eat heatly from now on. ;)
