Yeah i train Instinctively nowadays. Trying to incorporate improvements in strength while working on striations and definition, also bringing up my lagging bodyparts. I feel it out day to day. A couple of those programs i haven't heard of. 5 by 5 has helped alot in the past for me, especially when i started using it for weighted pullups, my back expanded alot.
Thanks man!! Yeah i've been training for years non-stop, naturally a very skinny kid with small bone structure, I train half powerlifting style like Westside, and half bodybuilding style. In the beginning though i did nothing but compound movements. The weight gainer i use as my breakfast, or i will use postworkout. Its hard for me to eat big meals so rely alot on shakes
I am currently not using cytogainer since im trying to cut. I was drinking cytogainer at least two times a day with one of those times being postworkout. I need all the calories I can get during bulking. It takes very similar to muscle milk.
WOW! Thank you so much for the kind words!! Very much appreciated! I've lost a little over 20 lbs, and 11% BF in about 16 weeks. Very clean diet and 7 days a week in the gym.
