THIS IS WHEN I REALIZED I WASNT DOING GOOD ENOUGH AT THE GYM SO I CHANGED MY WORKOUT PLAN TO INTENCE CARDIO, CALISTENICS, MORE RUNNING AND MORE SWIMMING. AUGH FREAKING DISGUSTING!
