What's up Champ? Yeah, I am leaning up a bit. I've been doing much more cardio than I usually do, and it's slowly melting away. BF is right under 8.8%. Yes I am loving it! I will start my little experiment next week. We'll see how it goes.

Calves are coming along slowly. Strength is coming along fine. They just will not grow! I am kind of limited with equipment. I basically do standing calf raises while standing on a block under a smith machine a few times a week. I change up the angle. My arms are almost 2" bigger than my calves! Crazy. How is the leaning up going for you? Good luck with reaching your goals.

Phone curls are great for building definition. I think it's the most effective when you follow it with a burn out set of paper stapling. :)

Whats up Lee? Letro works wonders for your libido. It completely eliminates it! At least I know I have the real deal. I am right at 30 days now with very little improvement. Leaning up as much as possible. I'll get there. I didn't forget about the rep that I owe you. I apparently have to wait b/c I've repped you before. Good luck and keep in touch.

What's up? So thats your new & improved pics.I definitely c the diff. Shredded up pretty good with pretty solid mass. Not much progress w/my calves. 3x/week,similar to what U suggested. My options are limited. Smith machine at home,do standing calve ext at different angles. Start my little program in next 2 weeks,so I should be able to break through plateau. Glad 2 C things are going well with you. Take it easy bro.

Thanks. I forgot about the phone curls! Occasionally, I staple pages together too. The only good thing about my sedentary job is that it makes me look forward to the morning workouts. Looks like you are well on your way to reaching your goal. Keep it up!
