Just became tired of being a scrawny, stressed out kid. So i picked up the weights and haven't put them down since.
Why I Love It:

Goal (Long):
I am trying to add around 10 to 15 pounds of muscle and stay under 8 percent body fat. It is a long process, with many trials and errors with my eating. But it will come in time.

training is alright i guess, starting back at it (i was off for two weeks and went on vacation). Really enjoying HST, ill stick with it for at least 3 more 9 week cycles, and go from there, its making workouts enjoyable again...
Your body stats are the exact specifications thaqt I would use if I were going to build myself the perfect body. To you its a work in progress. To me it defines my idea of perfection. Since perfection doesnt exist, there is obviously something wrong with your body. Perhaps you have dandruff or your feet smell.
Also, i have gained about 8 lbs this past month, but i have been taking a weight gainer. What do you take besides protein? My diet has been consistent, consistent as in 'i consistently stuff my face'!
I am liking it, im doing upper body M, W, F and lower T & Th. I tend to skip T & Th, depending how tired i am.... Do you do full body 3xweek? If so, how many exercises per body group? and how long are at the gym for? I dont know if its the new workout routine or maybe im pushing my body too hard, but i find myself getting nauseous from time to time, i have to stop and walk a couple of laps to be able to go back and finish...

If you click on the 'what is hst' tab, on the second page, next week im going to begin the sample HST routine. I was doing just upper body till now. We'll see how it goes. For some reason im really exited and cant wait to get my ass in the gym tomorrow...
