Goal (Short): Always looking to better myself. Please feel free to give advice.
Goal (Long): I want to gain about 10lbs of muscle and then keep that while cutting 30 lbs of fat within the next 6 months. So be a defined 185lbs would be ideal. I also want to learn how to swim within the next year.

thanx for the comp dude ..for ur shoulders to pop make sure u hit all 3 deltoid heads do lots of side laterals, shoulder presses and rear delt laterals also do shrugs both in front of ur body and behind ur body for tris do pushdowns, skull crushers with an e-z curl bar and with dumbbells and do close grip bench presses
