How I Started:
I had my first session in a PE class back in high school, and i was hooked straight away, but I didn’t delicate myself until late 2004, and it took me awhile to learn the stuff.
Why I Love It:
It's a great learning process, learning to train different muscle groups, learning to eat properly, learning to all kind of sups, meeting new people... But it's the physiologically and physically challenging my body and my brain is what really matters, have to tell myself I can do it and I can make it!
How I Stay Motivated:
Go Massive!!! It's all about Presistance & Determination.

All of my life I have been wanting to have a body that I can be proud of. When I was a child I would look up to Superman and wish that I could be as strong and muscular as him. I don't want to settle for being average! I want to have a six pack (I know it's there somewhere) and feel confident around women. I want my arms to bulge from under my sleeves. I would like to be 200 pounds, with 12% bodyfat, and be able to do at least 350 on the bench press. I know with full dedication I can do this in the next 18 months... alright, you know where it's from, but mostly true...

Yeah diet can be a bear, but I found out if you do do a calorie/nutrient log it really helps. The main idea is to for the 1-2 weeks to start forming associations with how much you're eating and how many calories, carbs, protein, fat, etc. you're taking in. But once you do have a good handle on your diet, you'll be able to know how to change your diet for either fat loss or muscle gain. Best of luck to you too! -T

Well the calipers are saying 12%, but it may be higher. But anyways, my basic approach was to achieve a caloric deficit, not a huge one. I did one week prior to starting and the first week during a calorie/nutrient log. The main change was switching from 2% milk to skim (I drink alot of milk). But remember, I'm fairly active at work so can have a little more freedom.

Thanks for your kind words. Actually, I'm cutting down at the moment and already down 4lbs and to 12%bf. Which if the math and measurements are correct, means it was mostly fat. I'd love to see you explode with mass and size. Lets see it big man!

Yes, good to hear from you. I had to access some old files to remember who you were at first. Its what happens in old age. Things are going very well. I'm enjoying FL and my internship at ECHO.
