How I Started:
I was really fed up with the way my body was getting and one day said to myself that I had to transform body. Since that August day, I have been running regularly, and since November I have been going to the gym.
Why I Love It:
Its a wonderful feeling of success when you see results as well as the psychological feeling after a good work out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I surf through body space and tell myself I can be just like these guys if I keep going.
BB Accomplishments:
So far, I would say I feel great and I can run long distances without feeling sick.

Thanks, Man. I eating a high-protein low-fat low-carb diet. Stuff like tuna, chicken breast, fruit & veggies, and protein drinks.
