How I Started: I started at the weight room at my school in the 8th grade learning from the upper-classmen.
Why I Love It: I enjoy working out for the simple fact that it makes me feel good about myself. I love knowing that i'm improving myself both physically and mentally, day-by-day.
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated by looking forward to going to the gym everyday and keep reminding myself that hard training really pays off.
BB Accomplishments: I have no "major" accomplishments, but I remember I was pretty stoked when i first maxed at a 225 bench in the 8th grade. lol. but i have had a few impressive lifts recently.
