How I Started:
Well, i've been involved in sports my whole life. Football/wrestling/track&field in highschool, to Football/Rugby/Baseball in College, so weightlifting and conditioning were a must. I graduated from college in May 08 and took it upon myself to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Got a membership to 24Hour Fitness and thats how I got the ball rolling.
Why I Love It:
What's there not to love?! Its a healthy sport, keeps your body fit, and you can always improve/learn.
How I Stay Motivated:
I dont need to stay motivated, it's in my blood and I look forward to it every single day.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Stuck to one routine that I was comfortable with. Change is good!
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Stick to the basics and develop a routine that works for you and hits every body part.
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Whatever helps them. I know I tend to do it ocasionally, but not ALL the time.
