Hard work! I got a nutrition plan from Jake Purdy (jakespeptalk) which i have been following 100% and I have been in the gym about 10times/week. Cardio and abs in the AM before work and hitting the weights in the PM after work...and at least once on the weekend! I was just sick of how out of shape i was getting!
