Body Beast & RSP Chisel Phase 1 Results Spring 2024 Results. Continue combining workouts from Team Beach: Body Beast and RSP Chisel Phase 1 training til Summer 2024. Now going into week three cometion from Body Beast Videos retraining from the videos as I'm combining RSP Chisel Phase 1 training and personal body and resistant bands workout also cardio training in Boxing and Kick Boxing and Tae Kwon Do.
