A friend of mine took me to the gym one day while I was on TDY after graduating basic training and he shared some of his supplements with me. The rest is history. I came out of basic training around 155 (Im very tiny normally), but my goal weight is 225.
Why I Love It:
Vin Diesel and Sylvester Stallone were my biggest inspiration for body building. Ever since I started, I never stopped. The more I learned about bodybuilding and my body, the more I wanted to improve it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I take a few minutes every day to pose in a mirror :D
BB Accomplishments:
Going from 190 pounds of flab before I joined the Army, to having a lean, muscular body today.

The Muscle Asylum Project stuffed worked good, but the taste got horrible after a while. I have used MuscleTech and MAP and I've always came back to BSN. Best products ever!
I have trained for years, sold supplements for years, and now own a weight loss clinic where I co-author weight loss and fitness programs with a Naturapath (ND), an RN, and another trainer.
If I ask a question about a hormone, I already know the prescribed dosage. I want to hear aout how others have felt using it. Not your opinion. You just dont know what you are talking about.
Sylvester Stalone, Frank Zane, and Vin Diesel all used steriods, 'dude'.
You didnt see my blood work, and you dont know what my panel is as far as hormone levels. If someone needs to use a prescription products such as 'Omnitrope' which is NOT a controlled substance and you have no idea about, then be quiet.
Todays Affirmation: Constantly keep yourself headed in he right direction for you. It may not be easy at times, but in those times of struggle you will find a stronger sense of who you are.
Create a great day!!

I just checked your profile and pictures and have to say, great job! You sound like you've come a long way and to keep training while on duty in Iraq, well I understand that it's not easy to say the least. Keep up the good work - you certainly have the physique to show for it. And I noticed, the "hot wheels" too!
