How I Started:
I started working out in college. I was hovering around 13-15% bodyfat at the time but suffered 3 painful disc herniations. Now, at 30, I want to regain control of my life, mentally and physically.
Why I Love It:
Physical well-being translates to mental health, ultimately affecting every decision we make.
169 lbs: The bike-riding got me back on track in this past month, dropping 10 pounds. never posted a back shot so here goes..not much to see here yet. Still working on dropping the last 20 pounds.
replace 25 pounds of fat with 25 pounds of muscle by next summer.
Goal (Long):
With a full recovery from a painful disk herniation that led me to gain an excess 50+ pounds of fat, I want to ultimately get back into shape and pack on another 20 pounds of muscle.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 50 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
12%

Hi Steve! Thank you very much for the friendship invite, I appreciate it! I was out of town for the last week, and am just catching up now. If there was a comment sent along with the invite, I'm afraid, I didn't get to see it. Best wishes on your training :) Hope you have a great week
