What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
If any excercise is done improperly, it could result in an injury! I feel that any compound excercise done with excessive weight that the lifter can not control is the most dangerous excercise. Hey, you look pretty muscular, but a with a lot of fat covering the muscle. I think fat loss shouldn't be the problem man! The key thing is diet. Losing fat is simple, but not easy!
