Arnold movies., martial arts. And always wanted to be stronger and push myself to the limits and beyond.
Why I Love It:
It makes u feel real good and self esteem buster. And u just feel good about yourself knowing that were it took u hard work and dedication to get there.
How I Stay Motivated:
Arnold books., music sometimes and just the feeling itself when u lift. U feel like a better person and stronger. I see bigger and stronger people in the gym, and that keeps me motivated.

I have been at a peak. My weight is not increasing. I need to eat more and more and more. More calories. Ice cream.lol maybe. 3 shakes a day. one scoop or two... 3 meals a day or 4. very big ones. need to put down more intake and focus on weights hit them hard. Form form...
Ha ha, I'm usually good with training and eating. Sleep is awkward and well, recently it seems I've been off with everything. Thats just this week as everything will be back to normal in the morning.

Me, I just sit up programming all the time and eventually have to have a distraction and this is a healthy one. Ha ha, you are still training and doing well though, right?
Life and training are great man. I don't think I'm competing anytime soon but a week could change that.
Its consistent, painful, and producing results which actually makes me happy. Whats your training like these days?
