Why I Love It:	It makes u feel real good and self esteem buster. And u just feel good about yourself knowing that were it took u hard work and dedication to get there.
How I Stay Motivated:	Arnold books., music sometimes and just the feeling itself when u lift. U feel like a better person and stronger. I see bigger and stronger people in the gym, and that keeps me motivated.
