AusDemon i did 7 years of tae kwon do competing at national and state level, was 2nd dan black belt. then did 4 years of gymnastics and in between/during those two i did 6 years of rugby and heaps of other sports at school like touch football, basketball, athletics etc etc etc. now i just lift lol :D id sorta like to get back into martial arts of some kind though...
