I've always been a somewhat athletic person, but When I realized the feeling of the adrenaline rush you get from an intense workout, I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
The pain you get the day after a workout, its one of the most satisfying things in the world. I also just can't live with being weak or outta shape.

this was taken before I ever even started lifting, I only hit the punching bag in my basement for fun and I didnt eat very much.
This is me after about 8 solid months of proper lifting and rigorous training. (about 180lbs).
