Actually the ketosis diet is on the bodybuilding.com "supersite". Just go to [url]www.bodybuilding.com[/url] and click on "supersite" and then type "ketosis" in the keyword search. Numerous articles regarding the ketone diet and training/losing fat will pop up. Good luck!!!

Hey, I am a corpsman too and I also will be on the February issue of IronMan for Bodyspace physique of the month. haha I guess we have a lot in common. Did you shoot with Ian for Iron Man? Also, where are you stationed? I am at Naval Medical Center San Diego.

First off, how has your body been responding to the 3-3,500 calories per day? Have you been putting on any muscle/fat/staying the same? For me to further tailor your diet more precisely I will need to know this.

Hey, I didn't forget about you, I have just been very busy with my schedule this week. Anyways, I will give you a much more detailed diet plan shortly. I would continue to eat 6 meals a day excluding shakes and then drink a shake before and after your workouts. When bulking I eat every 2 1/2 hours or so.

Currently, what kind of diet are you on. How many meals a day do you eat? What kind of food? How many calories? Also, what kind of workouts are you currently doing? What kind of cardio? What king of weight/resistance training?
