I've been a personal trainer since 2002, I started competing in 2005 and after winning my first show I was totally hooked on this sport! I am a FAME Pro Fitness Model, the FAME Fitness Model North American Champion and as of June 2008 I am the new FAME Pro Fitness Model World Champion. My next challenge will be competing with the WBFF, their World Championships are taking place in Toronto in September 2008 and I will be competing in Figure and Fitness Model! I am excited about this organization, this show is going to be a blast! Transforming my body for competitions has literally transformed my life and I want to encourage others to do the same for themselves! Why I Love It:
I love training and competing because it is a constant challenge. I never tire of seeing how far I can push myself, or seeing what improvements I can make to my physique. It is a constant education too, the more I get involved with the fitness industry, the more I learn and the more I want to learn. I also love to be on stage. I have to say it is such a thrill to me, so much fun to work so hard and then get out there and strut your stuff:)
How I Stay Motivated:
Now that I am a WNSO Pro I am more motivated than ever! Competing at this level will push me to strive to improve on my physique for each show. Knowing that I have such an opportunity to inspire others to lead a more fit and healthy lifestyle, or to get on stage to compete... knowing that people are watching and looking to me for advice and guidance, knowing that I am being given the opportunity to fulfill my purpose in life which is to help others learn to make healthy choices... well those are the things that keep me going day by day! Being in the best shape I can be in allows me to pursue all the avenues of the fitness industry that I want. Whether that is competing, training others, developing nutrition plans, modeling...you name it. I have found that aside from the fact that I get to live in a fit and healthy body, staying fit and leading this lifestyle just leads to more and more exciting opportunities.

Goal (Long):
I am so blessed! Isn't it wonderful to set goals and have dreams and then actually see them become a reality? This has been so true for me as God has allowed me to pursue the dreams in my heart over the last year. In 2007 I achieved my WNSO Pro card as well as the title of FAME Fitness Model North American Champion. In June 2008 I saw a major dream of mine come to fruition when I won the title FAME Pro Fitness Model World Champion at the FAME World Championships in Toronto, ON. My next challenge will be to take the stage at the WBFF World Championships in Toronto in September 2008! I am thrilled so excited for this show, it is coming soon! I sanctioined my first show, "Diana Chaloux's FAME South Central Championship & Sports Expo" in May 2008 here in San Antonio, it was a smash hit with nine FAME pro cards being awarded among the exceptional all natural athletes competing. We are already planning our next round of camps and competitions here in Texas so please get in contact with me if you are interested in competing, I'd love to get you headed in the right direction! Through these events my goal is to help bridge the gap between the world of physique competition and the main stream public. I've got a lot of dreams and aspirations, but I hope to always stop and smell the roses, be grateful for everything trials and blessing, and to thank you to God every morning for the life and the family he has blessed me with and to stay humble and remember that I have a purpose here on earth to fulfill!!
