How I Started: My highest weight was 252 lbs. over a year ago. I started the gym and working with a trainer in April.
Why I Love It: The rush! Sometimes it's hard to make yourself get up and workout, but once you get started, the pump you get is amazing.
How I Stay Motivated: This is the hardest part. But I would have to say, that reading mags and viewing bodybuilding.com keeps me on track.

Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): To make the room stand still when I enter!
Goal (Long): I want to be so fit and sexy that I can't even stand myself! I have always been on the overweight side, and I'm tired of it. Pretty, just isn't enough for me anymore. I want to be the best that I can be. I'm almost finished with school. Now I want the perfect body. When I make up my mind to do something, there's no stopping me. I DO NOT like to fail. We all do at times, that's how we learn, and that's also how I got to be this unfit too. So, I'm going to pick myself up, and uncase the diamond that I know exists underneath all this fat.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 13 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 15%

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?

I am retaining so much water for the past few weeks. Around 5-8lbs of it. I wake up in the mornings and my hands and fingers are swollen. Is there any advise how to stop this? I really can tell a difference in my shape when I retain water and it pisses me off to see the scale go up.

BSN NO-Xplode, 1.81 Lbs., Fruit Punch
Started: Sep 28, 2007
Reason: I want to see if it will help me have stronger pumps and to see if my muscles will grow faster.
