When I Started:
Sep, 2005
How I Started:
I got into lifting weights when i was 13, as i needed to lose weight n tone up for basketball. My mother was a competative bodybuilder n she told me the basics about home training n diet. i actually got into bodybuilding when i got a membership at a lil spit n sawdust gym at the age of 16 n my gains skyrocketed.
Why I Love It:
It is my life.... I love nothing more than knowing i can only religh on myself to lift the weight n eat the food... i get a rush when i pound out more weight.... see a new cut or vain...and feel the judgemental stares of the public as either in admiration or jealousy they mentaly pick apart my physique.... and i love it when people dont belive me when i tell them im steroid free, its a bounus if they think i cant look like i do naturaly
How I Stay Motivated:
i tell myself that only i am to blame for failure... and to be normal or what society deems normal, well in my book that just aint good enuf!!
