Reason: This is exactly like Optimum 100% Gold Standard, but this mixes better due to the Ion-Exchange whey peptides and it costs like $6 less for a 5 lb. container. Flavor is subtle and nice. Very light tasting.

Reason: One of the best preworkouts I've done. Makes me sweat, but gives me great energy and a swollen, yet workable pump. Sometimes supps like Animal Pump are "too good" and the pump makes it so I cant barely move. Loves this stuff!
