How I Started:
When I joined the football team as a sophomore in high school, I began weight training. I worked out sporatically during my junior year, then started to work out every weekday during my senior year. By the time I graduated, I was 6' tall, 170 lbs, benching 245 and running 5 miles every other day. After I started college, I was enveloped in my studies and working out fell to the waist side. My new regiment will begin the last week in Dec 2008.
Why I Love It:
I love watching myself get bigger. It's empowering to know that I can have a drastic affect on how I look. I love putting up goals and achieving those goals with hard work and true effort.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try and work out with friends as much as possible. Usually if someone can find a regular lift partner, they will work out much more.

I do have another question
I'm wondering about the supreme protein bars. I work out 5 days a week,I use the gold standard for my am smoothie, have been reading a lot about eating protein after a workout. Do you know anything about the supreme bars? They seem to have a lot of calories.Should I consider eating them after a workout I don't think I'm fueling myself enough postworkout,any suggestions? Very cool tattoo!

hey! hahah i dont want to be ripped... i just want to add maybe 5 lbs of muscle and lose some fat! heheh i gained alot of fat over the past year! 10% to 17% that is like 14lbs of FAT! but at least i getto change that now!
