Running my Internet business for the last 3 years has kept me behind my computer with not much physical activity so I knew it was time to start working out, lose the 30 pounds I gained while inactive and start building lean muscle mass one again.
Why I Love It:
I love the transformation! Being healthy and strong! Getting that incredible Pump that leaves my Muscles On Swole!
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at my before pictures and visualizing what I am going to look like when I reach my goal.

30 days after starting my program. Eating Clean and Working Out 6 days a week.
Lose 30 lbs of fat and gain some lean muscle mass by summer.
Goal (Long):
I have weight trained 2 times in my life. Once in my 20's and once in my 30's. Both times I got down to 6% body fat and had good sized, well defined muscles.
Now I am 40 and I want it all back again! Low body fat and lean muscle mass!
