How I Started:
A friend got me into it, started out as a strength competition and I just got addicted.
Why I Love It:
It helps me stay in great physical shape and I believe it's great physical conditioning - just one of my biggest hobbies.
How I Stay Motivated:
The results I see keep me motivated - as well as my health concerns. The girls at the gym also help me stay motivated ;)
BB Accomplishments:
Went from benching merely 75 lbs. to over 170 lbs. in a few months.

Had to cut down today's workout to about 25 minutes maximum because I suddenly got a call from my employer to come into work, and I hadn't gone to the gym, so I got ready as quickly as possible, ran to the gym, came back, got ready for work but decided not to go :S. Well, the 25 minutes workout...
