How I Started:
I was sick of being 220 pounds and didnt feel great about myself..I didnt look that bad but....One day I just got up and ran around the block and then i started running everyday and lost weight..Then the weight lifting began, and i felt like i was in high school again lifting like i did for football..Please read my full story in my blog.
Why I Love It:
The best feeling is the way i fel about myself..I wanted to do this for 8 years and now i did...I love the high i get from working out..I workout 5 days a week and i am hooked on it.i am 27 years young and am in the best shape of my life...
How I Stay Motivated:
Working out is my motivation. I look forward to it everyday. I hate off days.. I set 3 month goals for myself. I am always working towards something.
BB Accomplishments:
Deadlift 405 LBs Getting a Six-pack.. Never thought that would happen. My body forming into a Machine!

 For the past year I have been getting myself back in shape.. The past few month I have been trying to gain weight, never thought that would happen..

 

I never lost the passion or motivation to hit the weights, but recently I am feeling that “addicting” feeling once again....

hey man can I ask you a question? could you name for me th etop 5 magazines in your opinion for exercise/fitness/bodybuilding. if you were going to subscribe to 5 magazines which would they be ? those that inspire you and give you solid advice and solid inspiartion etc ?
