How I Started:
I was sick of being 220 pounds and didnt feel great about myself..I didnt look that bad but....One day I just got up and ran around the block and then i started running everyday and lost weight..Then the weight lifting began, and i felt like i was in high school again lifting like i did for football..now im 180 pounds and lean and growing everyday!!! I love it!!
Why I Love It:
The best feeling is the way i fel about myself..I wanted to do this for 8 years and now i did...I love the high i get from working out..I workout 2 hours a day 5 days a week and i am hooked on it.i am 26 years young and am in the best shape of my life...
How I Stay Motivated:
The results i have had in the 7 months of working out keeps me going.. I want to keep growing and increase the weight i lift, and every week it gets better and better...

what's up dude? i just got done reading your story ... pretty intense. i'm trying to head down that same path. i've been up to 240 at one point in my life and i'm looking to make the move down to around 170 ... currently at around 188. you're a pretty big inspiration bro. keep that shit up.
yo Brian - whats the deal with the steaks at Ruth's? I heard that place is big $$$. Is it just really fresh or do u guys use a special marinade or seasoning???

I just added new progress pics and thread.pics are after 1 month of moderate training with 80% success with diet and routines my posture is off because my legs are rehabbing. posture will come in time No supplements yet .looking for help on that
I really have poor body image I know that outside opinion will help me see both what is good about my physique and what isnt
