Background
I was sick of being over 220 pounds and didnt feel great about myself..I didnt look that bad but....One day I just got up and ran around the block and then i started running everyday and lost weight..Then the weight lifting began, and i felt like i was in high school again lifting like i did for football..Please read my full story in my blog.
The best feeling is the way i fel about myself..I wanted to do this for 8 years and now i did...I love the feeling i get from working out..I workout 5 days a week and i am hooked on it.i am 30 years young and am in the best shape of my life...
