Started with a small strength training class with my friends at the rec when I was twelve.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me in shape,keeps me out of trouble and drugs.Keeps me sane in this small town.Changes my body like nothing else is able to do but bodybuilding.
How I Stay Motivated:
Weight loads going up every week.compliments.knowing thers always someone out there stronger and better than me working harder.Changes in the mirror.
BB Accomplishments:
Having some of the most devoloped abs in town at the age of 16.And squatting 350 lbs.

newport high has a good gym. Used to go there actually. It has everything you need to get huge. I dont do the lift much now days but powerclean somehow seems to help the traps. Listen to Coach Hargett if he's still there.
What a great youth role model. You impress me not only with the amount of hard work you have put into creating your body up to this point but also with your maturity and the way you want to build your body "naturally."
