Going for the "Ironman" board at the FOB. Starting with the 800lb Ironman (800lbs combines, Bench, Squat and Dealift) Then I am aiming for the 1000lb Ironman!!!
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I hurt my middle back when I was first starting out because I didn't properly stretch before the exercise. Luckily I was only out about a week. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Improperly doing the exercise, trying to impress someone, and not focusing on the workout at hand.
